Best News Ever!
Carey and I are having a baby! We've been trying since we got married 9 1/2 years ago and it's finally happening!
She's 3 months along. We're totally excited! We let the church know yesterday and the place freaked out!
It was awesome because so many of them had been praying for us for years. I think some of them are almost as happy as we are.
Carey and I are really looking forward to this new season of our lives.

My wife and I just had our first after 7+ years of marriage. It's a long time to wait, but we still look back at those years we got to build our relationship, travel, and enjoy each other.
And fatherhood rocks. Have a little girl and she's amazing!

Sweet news man. Make sure you get all your book reading done now though. My kids don't enjoy theology and leadership novels before bed as much as they like Elmo movies.
