2. I teach this at my church, reading in the breaks and interruptions in life.

6. You use a PEN? Ugh. I'm a pencil only guy. :)

8. I would add that I not only skip sections, but will flat out stop reading books that don't keep my attention. Why waste my life reading stuff that I'm not enjoying or learning from? There are exceptions to this, but not many.

9. I say it like this: Read what you are currently passionate about, where your interests are peaked. A great point.
